In thinking of these goals, you have to be motivated.  Proper state of mind at this point will keep you fixed towards your fitness goals.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">When you have something in mind, you can go to your physician or look for your fitness trainer and ask for the best fitness exercise that you can do.  This will also prepare your body for the exercises.  Can your body tolerate lifting weights or you can only take low-intensity fitness activities?  Your doctor will measure your physique and health so he can give suggestions on the fitness programs that will suit your current condition.  Thinking about your progression on this fitness program is also needed.  How would you start?  How many repetitions or how much time would you spend in working out?  What is the diet plan for you?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Once you set up your goal base on suggested programs, the next thing you need to do is to think about the equipments that you might need.  You can start your program by joining a fitness club near your area then you can think of ways on how to set up your own gym if you want.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This stage should answer all your questions en route for fitness programs.  Laying all the cards and proper planning will give you successful results not just in fitness but in your life.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The next stage is putting everything in action.  Setting your equipment and starting your fitness program.  You’ll do your workout according to your plan.  Check your progression daily and do different programs per week or two weeks to prevent your body from coming into a “plateau” state at this early stage.  Also, don’t be too hard on your body.  Tiring yourself up will do you no good.  If you can’t jog continuously for 15 minutes then start with 5 minutes then train yourself until you reach that level.  Remember, you’re just starting and your body is still adapting to the new routine.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Supervision, being the last stage, means keeping yourself updated with your development.  Make a journal to keep you on track and motivated.  If you think that you’re “burned out” with the solo exercises, perhaps you should joining fitness groups or maybe ask your spouse to do the workouts with you.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Doing these stages will bring you closer to fitness.  Keeping your mind to fitness will give birth to a new you.</p>

We want to lose weight, get healthy, or drilled for an athletic event.  But have we ever thought of psychological welfare as an answer?  We might but the physical aspect comes in first.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Our body is made up of network tissues of bodily process.  It means that what we do to a part of our body will be having effect to our body parts.  It is the same with our psyche.  What we do for our physical body will affect our psyche.  Exercise is capable of changing our physical appearance and our mood, self-esteem, and mental vigilance.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Let us connect some statistic data here.  Do you know that most of the depressed and anxious people are over weight?  And those people are also most of the have little confidence?  It is clear that over weight people who have not been exercising and always gaining weight are having these psychological and outlook issues.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-50"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Exercise makes our body secrete neurochemicals or neurotransmitters like dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin that elevates our moods.  This is an example of our bodily connections to our psyche.  We exercise to burn calories at the same time these substances are released and help us in our mood issues.  That is why people who have done exercises are more “hyper” and enlivened:  their body releasing a number of neurotransmitters in their systems.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We can manage our anger and stress by exercise.  You may notice that some people who are stressed always walk around, away from the stressed then comes back feeling okay.  That is again because of the process that I have discussed a while ago.  At the same time, walking gives you a different view.  This makes you level-headed and even manages the problem better.  You can also exhaust your anger through walking.  Stomping your feet on the floor is a good way of draining all your anger on the floor.  And the good news about walking is that you can do it alone in private so clomp all you can until your anger subsides.  Your mental alertness and awareness change as the anger removed, this will give you better judgment and mental processes works smoothly.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Exercises like tai-chi and yoga endorse balance and flexibility but also focuses on relaxing the mind.  Calming the mind with these exercises will help you in controlling your mood.  This is also good practice for controlling your stress.  It is like tranquilizing without the use of tranquilizers or sedatives.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">How about self-esteem?  Exercise like tae-bo that has recitals will give you a feeling of contentment because you are able to do it and perform in front of others.  This builds up your self-esteem.  Because exercise makes you feel fit and look good, your perception will indicate that you are being easily accepted by your colleague.  You will not think about what their thoughts on your weight or figure.  You don’t feel bloated anymore, you are a new person.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Exercise is not just for our body but is also for a mind.  If you plan to have total change, start exercising today and feel the difference for yourself.</p>
