You have dedicated your life to fitness.  Then you suddenly aware that it seemed to see no progress as you continue your program.  It seems that fitness program is not giving results anymore.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Then you have reached the point where your body’s flat terrain or the flat line cut of your progress.  Come to this point of flat line is a nightmare for everyone who is into fitness.  For some this is the point where they give up and get frustrated &#8212; saying goodbye to fitness.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-54"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Why our body comes to this point?  Has the body declared a revolt against fitness?  First of all, your body can adjust to any situation.  So when your body is subjected to stress like exercise or sudden change of diet, your body reacts instantaneously so you can see direct results.  But as your body gets used to your new activity, your body will give a signal that it is just a routine or an everyday thing just like breathing.  Being categorized as a routine, the body is not responding to the exercise anymore.  No more weight loss even if you are sweating a lot.  The other reason is that aside from being the routine, our body is adapting to our remaining weight.  Thus, the body will keep the remaining pounds and preventing your body from losing any weight.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Is this flat line condition can be prevented?  We must condition our body so it will not be familiarized with the exercises.   Be dynamic.  Do some variation on your fitness paraphernalia and programs.  Don’t be static.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In case you have been using a pect deck or exercise using a bench presses endlessly for a month, it will just give you results for your chest so the rest of your body won’t get the benefit.  These need the exercises as well.  So why not do a dynamic fitness.  Let us say for two weeks you will do a cardiovascular exercise for sweating like cycling or running, either on the tread mill, static bike or around the neighborhood.  Then for the next two weeks you will lift some weights to trim down your muscles.  The subsequent two weeks can concentrated on full body workout program or aerobic.  You need to subject your body to diverse fitness programs and equipments to make your body from responding as the “routines.”  It is important to keep your body from being “fed up” with the same fitness program for months.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Aside from this, you also need to change the intensity level of your fitness program.  Let us again take the use of pect deck as an example.  If you exercise on pect deck for a month with the same weight, would you see some changes in the result?  It will just be the same with your first use.  The growth of your pectoral muscles will stop there.  Your body also need some challenge for it to show improving results.  There are two things that you can do for increasing the intensity of your fitness program:  change the load or weights and number of repetitions.  Well, for example let us say that your body can weight for 25 pounds with 15 repetitions, and you have seen the results.  On the following fitness sessions, you can do 15 then 30 repetitions.  If this is getting easy, you can increase the weights up to 40 pounds.  Then start again from a lower number of repetitions and exercise again from there.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Challenging your fitness paraphernalia and programs is the key to getting improving results and will stop your body from meeting that flat line in fitness.  Challenge your body for fitness and health.</p>

Since it is the beach you would like to wear the swimsuit that you bought last year.  The dilemma would be do you have the abs to show off?  Or you are having second thoughts because of the flab?  We may not want a rock-hard, six-pack abs but no less than abs that are lean enough to be shown in swimsuit.  In this article we are going to discuss the things to do and the exercises that will focus on toning your abs.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There are several moves that are good for toning your abs.  For your information, regular sit ups are not included in the list.  This exercise is not recommended because can cause back strain.  Putting your hands behind your neck while exercising the regular sit ups can also cause neck injury.  What happen usually is not letting your abdominal muscles to do the work of bring your back to your knees, your hands would tend to pull your neck to bring your chest and torso towards your knees.  This can cause a neck problems rather than giving you a flat abs.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In top position of the most recommended abdominal exercises is the bicycle exercise.  Based on the name itself, your body will move like it moves on a bicycle except that you‘re lie on your back.  Put your back on the floor and raise your legs around 45 degrees, spread your fingers beside your head (remember not on the neck), and upper part of your body will work reversely as you “pedal.”  Meaning when you bend your right knee towards your torso, your abdominal muscle should contract and pull your upper body until your left elbow touches the raised knee.  Then do it vice versa.  This exercise focuses on toning your lower, upper, and the side abs or the oblique.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-52"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The second exercise is the captain’s chair.  In this exercise, you need to have a chair that is sturdy and safe for you to hold on to.  Lay your back comfortably on the chair and let your abdominal muscle work and elevate your knees closing to your upper part of your body.  This exercise directs to all the abdominal parts.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The next exercise is crunching an exercise ball.  Your lower or mid back area should be balanced while resting on the ball, in an inclined position.  Feet flat on the floor, arms crossed on your shoulders then again, lift up your upper body using contraction of your abdominal muscle from the ball.  This exercise will focus on your upper abs.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The next exercise is the reverse crunch. From the term itself again, instead of bringing your upper body towards the knees, you are raising your bent legs up.  You will also need to lie on the floor, raise your legs and bend the knees to make an inverted right angle.  Once you are on this position, you will raise your legs again as if you are trying to reach the ceiling.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">These are the exercises recommended to tone your abs but don’t forget that it is also important to have a good diet to shed off the extra fats and do aerobic exercises to burn the calories.  Exercise goes hand-in-hand with diet.</p>

The recommended time period is about two weeks.  The amount of carbohydrates to be ingested in the body is no more than 20 grams per day and the intake must not be lower than this either.  The body will be shaking up because of the low carbohydrate intake. Since usually carbohydrate is a source of energy, our body will find an alternative component at once that it can use to produce energy. <p style="text-align: justify;">Some of us might think that it is impossible.  But the fact is exercise can also be addictive.  Exercise is assumed to develop your total well-being but if there is addiction, it has a opposite effect.</p>

For example, you have been dependent on opiates then you decided to detoxify, you will have unsettled stomach or chills because your system is looking for the substance that has been in your system for quite a while. <p style="text-align: justify;">You shall know that doing things excessively is not good.  Exercise is good for your body yes, but overdoing it is not.  Think of your health.
